RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Arteaga The Label, each piece is made with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, access your account using the email used at checkout and follow the return steps from your order.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES
Due to limited inventory, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and returning your original item for store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING
We offer complimentary return shipping on all eligible U.S. returns. Return instructions and a prepaid label will be provided once your return request is approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@arteagathelabel.com so we can make it right.
