The Heart

The biggest inspiration for Arteaga the Label comes from the women in founder Taylor Arteaga’s life — They taught her that tailoring is everything: how a garment fits can make or break an outfit. They also showed her the beauty of clothing that embraces and celebrates the female form rather than hides it, and the magic of adding your own personal style to every look.

Taylor grew up in the 90s and early 2000s, surrounded by iconic fashion from that era, but her world was shaped just as much by her roots. She spent her childhood between her family home in Mexico and her aunt’s home in San Francisco, immersed in two vibrant cultures that valued beauty, craft, and individuality. These places weren’t trips — they were home. That blend of eras, heritage, and family influence is lovingly woven into every Arteaga the Label piece.
